1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of qodeep.com. The site is operated by Achraf Malki, a registered Moroccan auto-entrepreneur trading as Qodeep Systems, based in Rabat, Morocco (contact@qodeep.com). By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Using the site
The site gives general information about our services. We may change it at any time. We don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes:
- attempting unauthorised access;
- disrupting the service;
- introducing malicious code;
- scraping it at scale.
3. Content and names
The site's content and design, and the Qodeep name and logo, belong to us. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Our case studies include our own products and work Achraf Malki led as technical lead on engagements delivered with partner studios and during an engineering placement. Client names are withheld.
4. No offer, no advice
Nothing on the site is a binding offer or professional advice. Prices shown as "from" are indicative. A project becomes binding only once a written agreement is signed by both parties.
5. Our services
A separate agreement governs each engagement. It is a written proposal or statement of work, together with service terms, signed by both parties. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.
What each agreement covers:
- a fixed scope and price, with work starting after the first payment;
- delivery on a staging copy first: nothing goes live without your approval;
- ownership of the work created for you passes to you once it is paid in full; we keep our pre-existing tools and license them to you;
- confidentiality of your information;
- a liability cap, which each agreement sets out, for example the greater of the fees paid and a fixed sum;
- indirect loss excluded;
- no limit on liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law. Each agreement states which law and courts apply; we agree this with you before signing.
6. Third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as our booking page. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Our liability for the website
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, and will show the date at the top.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Rabat have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory protection the law of your country gives you.
